("Pharming" or "the Company") notes that on 29 January 2016, the Amended Transparency Directive Implementation Act (Implementatiewet wijziging richtlijn transparantie) and the Amended Transparency Directive Implementation Decree (Implementatibesluit wijziging richtlijn transparantie) entered into force. Pharming is incorporated in the European Union, in Leiden, the Netherlands and is listed on Euronext Amsterdam. As a result, Pharming hereby declares that the Netherlands is its "Home Member State" pursuant to the amended article 5:25a paragraph 2 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act.
