VWR Appoints Dr. Nils Clausnitzer as Senior Vice President and President of EMEA-APAC Lab Business

Dr. Clausnitzer, originally trained as a medical doctor, joins VWR from Qiagen N.V., where he served as President, Head of Commercial Operations EMEA. Prior to that, he held numerous leadership positions for major companies such as Abbott GmbH & Co. KG, Olympus GmbH, and Philips Electronics N.V. In his prior roles, Dr. Clausnitzer has gained experience across a number of functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service and Business Development. He additionally earned an MBA from the Open University in Milton Keynes, UK.
