AstroTurf Responds to Michigan Ruling in Patent Validity and Infringement Case

DALTON, Georgia, Oct. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AstroTurf®, LLC, today issued a response to the recent decision in patent infringement litigation with FieldTurf USA, Inc. and Tarkett, Inc. The case involves complex technical details pertaining to fiber heights and infill levels. AstroTurf argued against infringement and validity of the patent in question.
