ESMO, the leading European professional organisation for medical oncology, has announced today a new award honouring individuals for outstanding achievements in the area of cancer immunotherapy.
The ESMO Award [http://esmo.org/Career-Development/Awards ] for Immuno-Oncology is in memory of Professor Georges Mathé [http://www.esmo.org/Career-Development/Awards/ESMO-Award-for-Immuno-Oncology-in-memory-of-George-Mathe ] . The first award will be presented at the ESMO Immuno-Oncology Congress [http://esmo.org/Conferences/Immuno-Oncology-Congress-2017 ] in Geneva on 7 December 2017.
