Appeal for Peace in Mali

On May 17th last year, Mr. Diallo made a first appeal to the protagonists of the Malian crisis to carry out negotiations. Following the assaults of the terrorist groups in the north of Mali and the French and Malian forces' offensive, Aliou Diallo today issued a new appeal.
